Basic Litigation Support Services:
Compressed Transcripts — Our
ability to compress transcripts decreases
a hard-copy transcript’s volume by 75%.
We can transform a 1,000-page transcript
to 125 pages without removing one word,
by condensing four transcript pages to
one hard-copy page.
Electronic Transcripts — All
transcripts are available in printed form,
on diskette, CD-ROM, or DVD, or via e-mail.
ASCII files and imaged exhibits can be
provided on CD-ROM
in TIF(F) or PDF formats. Benchmark
utilizes transcript management software
such as LiveNote®, SUMMATION
and RealLegal®, which offer links to the
electronic transcript.
Electronic transcripts (e-transcripts),
let Benchmark supply attorneys with transcripts
via e-mail. Files can be printed out in
condensed form with a word index of two
per page, four per page, or six per page.
Advanced Litigation Support Services:
Benchmark has the ability to synchronize
transcript text with video images through
our digitized video service. Digital video
is stored on CD-ROM or DVD and lets clients
view the video while seeing the transcript
