Hyperlinked Exhibit Imaging
Benchmark’s hyperlinked exhibit imaging saves clients time and money
Benchmark Reporting Agency offers one of the newest reporting technologies to save our clients time and money – hyperlinked exhibit imaging. Digitally scanning original exhibit material, such as documents, photos, and displays as TIF or PDF files, maintains the integrity of original documents. Digital image files are then provided to Benchmark clients on CD-ROM.
Benchmark can take exhibit imaging for the courtroom one step further by providing hyperlinks that are then embedded into the transcript, so any exhibit can be instantly viewed wherever it is mentioned within the transcript. Hyperlinked exhibit imaging can be provided in a variety of formats.
Benchmark also provides exhibit indexes of the scanned images for easy reference. Users of CT Summation 2.5 or above can drag and drop a Summation Briefcase Format (SBF) file into Summation, where the transcript and exhibit files are loaded, and the corresponding links are created. Database records for each exhibit are automatically created in Summation’s Core Database and filled in with descriptive information, saving our clients time.
Benchmark offers a range of transcription services including deposition reporting, trial reporting, arbitration reporting, and video depositions.
Key Benefits of Benchmark’s Hyperlinked Exhibit Imaging:
